The person applying must be the Guild Leader or an active Officer in the guild.
You will be the moderator for your guild forums (i.e. ability to moderate, delete and edit posts within your forum). This does not give you admin access or rights (i.e. banning, skins, etc.), and you must monitor and oversee your guild forum.
The GuildWarsGuru.com staff does have the right to step in if they see a situation that they deem to be unacceptable.
